Sean Randall Shepherd age 16 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away March 2nd. Visitation will be after 6PM until 11PM Sunday March 4th and all day Monday March 5th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday March 6th at 2PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the James D. Shepherd Cemetery, David, KY.
