Elsie Simpkins age 86 of Beech Creek, WV passed away March 1st. Visitation will be from 6-9 PM Sunday March 4th at the Hatfield Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday March 5th at the Hatfield Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Tabor & Elsie Simpkins Cemetery.
