Sarah Ellen Mitchell from Wheelwright, KY passed away June 30. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday July 2nd at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday July 3rd at 11AM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Anderson Cemetery.
