William Thomas "Bill Tom" Horn age 54 from Auxier, KY passed away June 1st.  Visitation will be after 6PM June 3rd at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Wednesday June 5tgh at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the West Prestonsburg Cemetery.
