James Franklin Goines, age 55 of McDowell, KY passed away Sept 13th, 2011 at McDowell ARH. Services will be held Friday Sept 16th, 2011 at 1pm at McDowell First Baptist Church. Visitation will be after 6pm Wednesday at the church. Burial will follow at the Greenberry Hall Cemetery in McDowell, KY.
