Funeral services will be held Saturday August 20th, 2011 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home in Martin, KY. Visitation will be after 6pm Thursday August 18th, 2011 at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Blackburn Cemetery (Bear Hollow) in East Point, KY.
